Membership and Registration Policy
All memberships, registrations, subscriptions, and participation fees processed through the Society of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences (SMSS) are considered final once payment has been successfully completed. By registering through our platform, users agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
No Refund Policy
SMSS follows a strict no-refund policy for all membership fees, event registrations, workshops, seminars, webinars, certification programs, and other professional services. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be issued under normal circumstances.
Event Registration
Registrations for conferences, mathematical and statistical sciences workshops, research programs, webinars, and professional sessions are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, the registration amount will not be refunded or transferred unless specifically stated otherwise.
Membership Cancellation
Members may choose not to renew or continue their membership at any time. However, cancellation or discontinuation of membership during an active membership period will not result in any refund of fees already paid.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases involving duplicate payments, technical transaction issues, or payment processing errors, SMSS may review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion after verification.
Event Changes or Rescheduling
SMSS reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, modify, or cancel events, webinars, or professional activities due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, participants may be informed about revised schedules or alternative arrangements where applicable.
Payment Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing all membership details, program information, event schedules, and payment amounts carefully before completing any transaction through the website.
